Vista’s XO has launched XO Corporate, a membership tier aimed at companies and executives seeking more flexible and efficient private travel options. The new service addresses what the company describes as surging demand for business travel options to avoid delays, rigid schedules, and limited transparency associated with commercial aviation and traditional charter brokerage models.
XO Corporate provides access to more than 2,000 aircraft worldwide with no long-term commitment. Members fund their accounts with a $500,000 deposit, enabling team members to book flights under a single corporate profile and travel simultaneously on different aircraft. Additional benefits include priority global fleet access, real-time pricing, guaranteed recoveries, and loyalty rewards.
Vista U.S. president Leona Qi said fast-growing organizations increasingly require private aviation to “conduct business face-to-face, close deals, and build teams across the world—without tying up valuable capital in owning a company jet.” She noted that XO Corporate is designed to compress multi-day airline trips into same-day itineraries.
The program provides instant booking via the XO app, website, or through a dedicated advisor, with pricing guaranteed at the moment of reservation. One highlighted route—New York to Los Angeles—starts at $29,990. XO said the membership is suited to corporations, consulting firms, and investment groups that require frequent and flexible private transport.
