The Revolution.Aero conference will once again draw advanced air mobility (AAM) pioneers from around the globe when it reconvenes in London next week. The June 18-19 event is expected to attract almost 200 professionals from across the sector, including eVTOL aircraft developers, independent analysts, prospective customers and operators, and decision makers from the financial sector.
Revolution.Aero London 2024 falls in the middle of a year that should be the last before significant commercial eVTOL operations commence in markets as far afield as Los Angeles and Dubai. Among the electric aircraft manufacturers providing updates will be Archer, Beta Technologies, Vertical Aerospace, Odys Aviation, Airbus, Heart Aerospace, Supernal, Eviation, Electra, Faradair, and Jekta.
For what will perhaps be a more objective assessment of prospects in this notoriously hyped part of the aviation industry, Revolution.Aero delegates will hear from consultancies including Alton Aviation, SMG, EA Maven, Cirium, and Lufthansa Innovation Hub.
The roster also includes speakers from investment groups including Longspur Capital, DiamondStream, and MUFG Bank, as well as leasing companies LCI and Monte. Influential business jet salesman Steve Varsano will provide his assessment of aircraft values and other factors impacting transactions.
In a sign of the imminent launch of AAM operations, many of the topics on the conference agenda are focused on infrastructure preparations, with contributors including Skyports, SkyGrid, and the UK's National Air Traffic Services (NATS).
