Soloy sells 10 AS 350SD2 kits

Soloy Aviation Solutions of Olympia, Wash., announced at its booth (No. 3019) that it sold 10 of its AS 350SD2 conversion kits to Heliproducts Industries of British Columbia.

Soloy CEO David Stauffer said the sale brings their tally of 2007 orders of new kits to 38. Mark Steen, president of Heliproducts, said his company is “more than satisfied” with the five kits they purchased from Soloy last year, and his order for 10 more will allow Heliproducts to offer complete exchange or conversion services to owners of the AS350 who want to trade in their existing engines whether on a fly-in, fly-out basis or as a complete aircraft exchange.
