Corporate Pilot Establishes Taildragger Group

Kevin Laufer, a GIV captain for an international reinsurance company based in Bermuda and the owner of a 1946 Globe Swift, recently established the Tailwheel Pilots Association (TPA). He says  that 1,000 taildragger enthusiasts have already joined. Laufer, 29, said the TPA has three goals: to promote tailwheel flying and tailwheel aircraft; to create an online community of tailwheel pilots and their aircraft; and to facilitate the availability of tailwheel-related services and products.
