In the ongoing effort to fill the many job openings in the aviation industry, JSfirm, the online employment search and listing service, has partnered with the Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) to hold a week-long job fair during EAA AirVenture 2022. Open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. July 25 to 30 and until 4 p.m. on the final day of the show, July 31, the job fair is not at a central location but spread among the exhibitors that are participating.
Companies range from those seeking pilots to manufacturers looking for skilled technicians to maintenance providers needing entry-level and experienced mechanics to universities and training providers, airlines, avionics shops, charter operations, flight schools, kit manufacturers, and suppliers seeking more employees.
“JSfirm is happy to continue our long-standing partnership with EAA and host another week-long job fair,” said JSfirm executive director Abbey Hutter. “This year has been a hiring frenzy with aviation companies competing for available talent and has not shown any signs of slowing down. There are great opportunities listed with the companies who have signed up to date. We encourage everyone to network from booth to booth. You never know what you may stumble upon even when you’re not looking.”
