MyGoFlight has purchased Flight Flix, a Minnesota-based manufacturer of external camera mounts designed for aircraft, adding the company's lineup to MyGoFlight's aviation accessories such as cockpit tablet mounts and kneeboards, flight bags, and luggage.
Flight Flix mounts include heavy-duty GoPro cases that protect the camera from damage and prevent dislodging when mounted on the outside of the aircraft, strut mounting systems for GoPros and 360-degree cameras, and GoPro ball mounts that hold cameras steady.
Through this acquisition, MyGoFlight is growing its range of products and providing customers with additional high-quality accessories for their aircraft, according to the company. "Their products are known for their high-quality construction, versatility, and ability to capture stunning aerial footage." MyGoFlight is also expanding into motorsports with the Flight Flix acquisition.
