Pilots have a new resource for planning visits to flying destinations with SocialFlight’s enhanced website and mobile app. The new SocialFlight Destinations feature adds much more detail about interesting places to fly in North America with photos, reviews, and crew car and local transportation information as well as the Destination Digest personalized adventure guide.
The free SocialFlight service provides a resource for information about online and in-person aviation events, airport restaurants, and FAA Wings program and IA renewal courses, as well as the opportunity to win prizes by entering the Fly2Win Challenge.
Every two weeks, SocialFlight users receive the Destination Digest personalized adventure guide with national, regional, and local flying destinations. SocialFlight users can add their own favorite destinations including photos, reviews, and other information.
“I’ve been using SocialFlight for years, but the new destinations feature has opened up a whole new world of flying for me,” said pilot, author, and aviation educator Brian Schiff. “As soon as the SocialFlight Destinations Digest hits my inbox, I find myself planning new adventures to places I never knew existed.
