Requires inspecting the tail rotor (T/R) servo-actuator feedback lever link, applying a paint stripe or torque seal on a nut, and reporting information. This emergency AD was prompted by an accident of a Model AW169 helicopter. The actions in this emergency AD are intended to prevent failure of a T/R servo-actuator feedback lever link, which could result in loss of T/R control and subsequent loss of control of the helicopter.
