FAA 2019-23-05

Superseeds ADs 2016-01-16, 2017-19-03, and 2018-19-05, which require revising the maintenance or inspection program, as applicable, to incorporate new or more restrictive maintenance requirements and/or airworthiness limitations. This AD requires revising the existing maintenance or inspection program, as applicable, to incorporate new or more restrictive airworthiness limitations. Since AD 2018-19-05 was issued, the FAA has determined that new or more restrictive airworthiness limitations are necessary
