Requires a leak test of the nose landing gear steering manifold and, depending on the findings, accomplishment of applicable corrective action(s). It also requires amendment of the applicable aircraft flight manual. Prompted by a reported occurrence that found insufficient sealing of a steering select/bypass valve installed on the nose landing gear steering manifold.
